I found my love for baking over ten years ago, so i went to culinary school; worked in a number of bakeries and hotels & casinos in Las Vegas, New York and St Louis. Now ive decided to work for myself and use the skills ive acquired over the years to bring my love for baking to my own business
I specialize in a diverse range of cookies, cakes, cupcakes and strawberries; for example, one of my best selling cookies is my sweet potato pie cookie the (sweet potato pie) recipe is passed down from generation to generation in my family and i put a twist on it to make a delicious cookie. Just one taste and you'll be hooked.
Cake
I offer a wide range of flavors for cakes and fillings. I love talking with my clients and coming up with design ideas to fit their event, from custom colors to cake toppers . I offer a Swiss Meringue Butter Cream that melts in your mouth and taste just like vanilla ice cream. Or an American Butter Cream that is to die for. One of my favorite cakes i offer is a Red Velvet Blueberry Cream Cheese Crumble Cake and its AMAZING !!
