SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

We bake to order & suggest at check out you select the USPS Priority Mail to limit transit time, so cookies are the Freshest upon arrival 

• Christine's Patisseries ships nationwide using USPS.
• It will take 2 business days to process your order before shipping.
•Christine's Patisseries only ships orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday. 

• Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States.

Christine's Patisseries  is not responsible for any, delayed, lost or damaged packages during shipping. Any issues with delayed, lost or damaged packages you will be referred to USPS 

• Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries  if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.

• Christine's Patisseries is not responsible for 

delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for USPS.
•Christine's Patisseries is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other natural causes beyond our control.

RETURNS

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, WE do not accept returns.
• There are no returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

• Orders may not be cancelled within two business days of the  order 

Las Vegas 

In town orders are made to order . Meaning if you order cookies on Monday before 6pm you will be able to pick up your order or get your order delivered Tuesday after 1pm . Again all cookie orders are made fresh and baked the day of and well worth the wait !   This time frame also depends on the volume of orders for that day. You will be notified as soon as your order is being processed which means the order will be available the next day
